why sometimes breast milk production suddenly decreases please give solution.i am feeding my baby formula milk when breast milk decreases.give any tips to increase breast milk

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. eat more of fruit n dal daliya. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workouta lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always.

You Should have good amount of liquid diet specially water that’s going to help apart from the green leafy vegetable fibre instead all these things you should be having on regular basis sometimes it can happen that the production suddenly reduces down to try having these things hopefully it should work and have lactation supplement as well
