AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom Stress can hamper breast milk production.. Cut down stress and drink more of water to increase breast milk.. The more u feed the more milk production will be there. Have jeera water daily two times a day to increase bm. Take care
