Firstly, make sure you're staying hydrated and eating a balanced diet filled with nutritious foods. Stress can also play a factor in milk production, so try to relax and take care of yourself as much as possible.
Utilizing a breast pump can also help increase milk production. Try pumping after or between feedings to stimulate your milk supply. You can also try power pumping, which is pumping for 10 minutes, resting for 10 minutes, and then pumping for another 10 minutes.
It's also important to ensure your baby is latching on correctly and frequently feeding. The more milk your baby demands, the more milk your body will produce.
Remember, every mom and baby is different and there's no one perfect solution. Don't be discouraged and keep trying different techniques until you find what works best for you and your baby. Keep up the great work, mama!
