why my son is unable to eat his lunch at one go ??

A. Maybe your child is just not interested in eating when kids don’t want to eat the normal behaviour of the child is just to keep taking the food and not eating it secondly when you give any screen time to the child speciality of your mobile they take more longer time so that they can have more screen time because I believe as long as we will it will get to have the screen time so you need to stop that as well
