This is very important for building the immunity also.
Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc.
Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most common.
Supplements like iron supplements and multivitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL can bgte given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite.
Diet counselling is also very important .

Give sips of water in between meals. Continue to breastfeed. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil. Good luck and take care.
