why my kid is having regular and frequent cold always..

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cold is most of the time because of some viral infection or allergic condition and symptoms are usually sneezing, running nose, nasal congestion and fever. cough along with throat irritation are usually associated .
Treatment consists of antiallergic antipyretics analgesics and decongestants medicine .
As a home remedy steam inhalation would be very udseful .
Medicines like wikoryl / tminic / Alex cold can be usedd in a proper dose for 3-5 days as per the symptoms .
Steam inhalation is repeated frequently .

it could be allergical problem or it might happen because of low immunity.
so , I would suggest to visit your pediatrician for once and get your child evaluated for once.
keep your child well hydrated
give Healthy food items.
avoid giving cold and sugary food items.
prefer weather appropriate clothes for your child.
give sunbath for 20 minutes a day.
