why body is extremely cold ..after taken paracetamol ??

Paracetamol reduces the temperature but it does not become extremely cold it is going to reduce down to maybe 93 to 95 or 97° but not as cold as you mentioned so just check if the temperature is within 5 to 6 hours again then it is a normal body temperature after paracetamol it’s not a problem then
