ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. 12th week , you cannot feel baby kicks . the baby kicks can be felt after 22 weeks and more properly. till then you may feel like some irritation or mild pain in lower abdomen as signs
