Q.

while conceiving I was 40kg and during the pregnancy stage I gained weight and was 54 kg. after delivery I was about 47kg and gradually after so many months I am back to 41 kg. what should I do to put on weight?? I don't have any thyroid problem or anything but still I have not gained weight . tell me what to do as I look very lean.

A. Hello mam If you are active do not feel tired or not low ok energy throughout the day then do not worry about the weight ... Have a healthy and balanced diet Go for small ans frequent meals Include more proteins like paneer, milk, curd, daal, soya, sprouts, eggs , chicken in your diet Reduce excess salt oil and sugar intake Have 2 to 3l of water per day Go for walk or exercise for at least 30 min as it boost appetite
