Q.

which workout should I do to reduce belly after c section delivery? And please recommend something (yoga/food/lactation supplement) to increase breastmilk also.

A. My dr. had said that I can start exercise after 3 months and I'm also taking Fenugreek tea..

A. Currently you cannot go ahead with any exercising its three months to your C-section you’ll have to wait for at least 6 to 8 months and to increase the lactation I would recommend you to go ahead with lactation supplements like fenugreek capsule and any other Shatavari powder if you want to go ahead with thatWrite Your Answer Here
