You Then go ahead with fenugreek capsules they have a good review in helping to increase the lactation so you can definitely go ahead with that you try them for a month if it helps in increasing your lactation then you can easily have it for two months if it does not help you then you can take a consultation from your doctor or you can start giving formula feeding to the child
