ExpertDr Devanshi MehtaPediatric Dentist3 years agoA. Hi There are total 20 milk teeth. They start to erupt around 6-7 months of age and all of them erupt completely by 3-3.5 years of age. The first milk tooth to erupt generally is lower front incisors.
