which protein powder is good for women..i have too much weakness.

A. any you buy ok. eat paneer dal halwa. ghee. you can eat all you want thats home made and fresh and cooked. get dal, roti, rice, fruits and salads. see there will be lots of brands trying to impress you. but you try to stick to one brand and not fancy items ok. see your pocket too.

A. Hi mom U can have mama protein x powder for urself. Also have diet rich in protein like egg fish meat chicken lentils black chana, cow milk etc. Eat healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups.
