ExpertDr. Pandurang sawantPaediatrician2 years agoA. For this type of patches need to examine ur baby throughly. And also rule out that these are since birth or after that. If not since birth then These patches may be allergic or infective(fungal or becterial) in origin. Need to examine ur baby Visit ur nearest pediatrician He will examine ur baby and guide u in a better way.

These white patches could be due to various reasons so first you need to figure out what is the right reason the most common reason is that we have seen our dryness deficiency of calcium and sometimes skin related problems so have a check up with a paediatrician in the first place
