Hello mum first of all to not make use of powder and cream and oils it will block the pores of the skin and then causes sweating and ultimately the rashes on the skin give your baby bath daily make him wear cotton clothes specially the first layer of the clothes keep him in the Well ventilated room give him bath daily apply Lacto Calamine lotion if you want you can put it on the folded area like neck underarms for the diaper area of the any good brand
