Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. milk supplements and health drinks and protein drinks are given only after completion of two years of age and whether your child requires any milk supplements or not will be decided by your doctor but if the growth of the child is proper there is no need to give any milk supplement /health drinks / immunity booster gummies to the child.
this type of energy drinks and milk supplementsd is just a combination of multivitamin syrup with protein powder.
by growth standards if the growth of the child is within normal limits then usually they do not require such health supplementsd
try to concentrate on home based nutritional diet for your child.
RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. Yes you can add dry fruit powder into the milk as that is very healthy full of nutrition and supplements that your child would require at the age of group so I would recommend you to add that rather than adding any package drinking powder
