Which is the right time to start doing exercise to reduce mommy tummy ?

A. after 6 months if it is Cesarean section after two months if it is normal delivery For further advice it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination if there is need for investigations also then only proper treatment can be given to you o . K .

A. good morning for about 6 months of the delivery you should not try any exercise after that if you are comfortable you can definitely start exercise and I would recommend you to start doing yoga in the morning
