Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi mam ,start doing exercises or yoga regularly. take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits more avoid taking junk food items. don't use vehicle for short distance. prefer walking whenever it is possible. drink plenty of water. it is better to drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
