Pushpa ShahMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Use mamaearth onion shampoo and onion oil for hair fall. It helps in reducing your hairfall and also strengthen your hair roots.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl4 years agoA. Hello ma’am Go for any oil that suits you and any shampoo which is completely organic and chemical free as that’s what you need. Apart from that I would advise you to start applying onion juice into ur scalp keep it maximum for 30 minutes and wash it with a mild chemical free shampoo.. Protein rich diet you can go for so I Paneer Paneer curd sprouts chana only seems a very rich in protein
