which is best time for excercise..because i hardly get any time after delivery

In your post partum Phase it is very difficult to make time for yourself and actually work out so these days what you can do his portion control and along with that at home itself you can put a target of 5000 steps per day and there is no correlation with your eating of food and you can do it at any time and even with breaks in betweenWrite Your Answer Here
