which fruit is good post pregnancy .I had a c section 4 months bck

A. you can have all seasonal fruits. Take high protein contain food like- Milk and ghee and, grains, oatmeals, cereals, pulses, dried fruits, fresh fruits band vegetables,like methi, carrot,garlic, Bottle Gourds, Whole Grains Sprouted spices like Cumin Seeds, Poppy Seeds and Fennel Seed, Fenugreek Seeds. And lots of fluids including clean boiled water, fresh fruit juice, coconut water.

A. Grapefruits and oranges are good souces of essential nutrients. Fruits are a rich source of many nutrients. They may also help relieve constipation, which some people experience after giving birth.
