hi Dr, I had c section. my baby is 6 months old. can I used post pregnancy belt?

Its always bettcer if you follow your doctor advise with a proper guidance for the concerning matter.

The said belt is not proven to reduce any fat scientifically.
but yes you may use it after due physical examination of yours with your gynecologist
