Follow small and frequent meal pattern
Include fruits and vegetables in your diet everyday
Take different cereals like wheat , jowar, bajra, ragi, oats in daily diet
Take at least 2 katori of daal daily or sprouts
Add milk and milk products like milk paneer or fresh curd in your daily diet
Also take soaked almonds once a day
Reduce the intake of excess oil, salt, sugar , sweets in the diet

Hello ma’am Any food that the mother likes to eat healthy food only because whatever you eat with all the happiness in the world which makes you happy satisfy your hunger that is the food which is healthy for you that is the food that your child will also accept that happily so just eat whatever you like to eat
