Which fluids can I give my 7month old son during this extremely hot weather?He is peeing yellowish sometime.

A. you may give fruits like apple, banana, avocado chicko, pear, veggies like carrot Potato, beetroot, sweet potato brocoli, bottle gourd all these are healthy. Include a veggie and fruit in everyday diet.mostly. Include juices rs coconut water curd butter milk
