Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. both are samr try to prevent temperature variations around child that is from hot to cold and cold to hot environment. Keep the child well covered. If the palms and soles of the child are cold to touch then the child is feeling cold and you have to take preventive measures to make the child warm. you can go for home remedies like Tulsi Ginger Honey (Add honey if child is more than 1 year of age) combination which can be diluted with water and given frequently to the child. also u canc give turmeric with warm milk fone or two times everyday. give warm water to drink as well as nasal saline drops frequently.

Both of them are extremely good only because both of them are basically antiallergic only So you can go ahead with either of them whatever you feel is more comfortable to go for but I have personally always use SINARIST so I would say go for that if you
