NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello just fever then not necessary to avoid any fruits and you can be giving your child all fruits and fruits juices coconut water ors which areal healthy and nutritious and safe for the growth of your child and give paracetamol and any concern then check with your doctor
