whether pumping breast milk will decrease the milk supply?!

A. It is better to naturally allow the child to suck milk instead if using pump frequently as yes, it will affect the supply of milk. If flow is less, include nutritious foods like fenugreek seeds, cumin, carom seeds, brown rice, dalia, dry fruits, garlic, legumes, eggs, ghee, banana, avocado, fennel seeds and milk. While nursing, keep massaging the breasts and latch baby frequently.
