does breast pumping reduce milk supply ?

A. Hello good morning !! No pumping Breast milk doesn't reduce supply. But the fact is - the more baby latches (direct feeding) the more milk produces. And also you have go to include some lactating foods , having more water, fluids in diet will increase milk supply. Milk and diary products, rusk, roasted bread, papaya, chikoo, bottle gourd, Poppy seeds, garlic, kheema, garlic milk.
