A. Yes it helps. Try pumping in the night between. 2-4 am Body is relaxed at that time and produces good amount of milk. Direct latch is the best option .

A. Hello dear parent! The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Latch your baby well onto your breast and make a good skin contact with your baby while breastfeeding. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug massage oil. Continue breastfeeding.
