will lacto bytes help in increasing milk supply by pumping only

A. yes regular pumping helps in increasing milk... use Babyhug electric breast pump.. take lactation supplrments as lactare.. take green papaya bottle gourd bitter gourd fennel seeds garlic oats ragi dalia drumsticks...
