Q.
i delivered baby girl last month and now have very low milk supply instead of increasing it has started decreasing.. after 30 mins of regular pumping 15mibs in each breast ..I have only got this much milk.. I have tried all Desi things like jeera etc..had lacto bites as well no success . what should I do now ...

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello if the BM is not sufficient you can alternatively be giving your child infant formula milk stage 1 using a BP a free bottle like babyhug which is also fine and you can try to take lactar tablet or galact granules which also would help to increase the milk secretion
