RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl2 years agoA. They’re actually good throughout your time of pregnancy delivery as a highly rich in fibre so you can have them but the only thing I don’t go for ready to eat food any time you should prepare them fresh and then you can eat that’s the best
