whenever I am giving my baby Anything to eat he vomits it back after eating some scoops.. during eating

It Probably could be just indigestion it seems like your child is unable to digest any kind of food that you are giving which is why your child is immediately vomiting you can consult your doctor and you can start with the medicines which will help in regulating the digested system of the child
