#asktheexpert Hello my daughter is 14 months old.. she always don’t want to eat.. many times she vomits after eating.. She has got allergy with Chikoo.. after eating chino she always vomits.. advice pls

please don't force feed your child
please maintain gap of two to three hours between two meals
please give easily digestible food like curd rice khichadi vegetable soup upma daliya mashes etc
please avoid all packeged Food and product with refiened flour
