ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. You can start using it as early as one week of surgery it self. But you aren’t supposed to tie it tightly and it’s use is only to support your post partum belly

Hi mommy Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration
