when to start weight loss after normal delivery

A. Workout can be done after 3 to 4 months of your normal delivery if you feel physically fit but I cannot be done because if you do any dietary alterations you will lose on to your breastfeeding also don’t be good for you so Ja important that you eat well in order to feed well
