How to loss weight after delivery

A. dear mum, in order to lose weight after delivery, you should eat mindfully. reduce your calorie and fat intake especially from high fat, sugar and salt containing foods and beverages, processed packaged foods. Have good intake of fibre and low fat protein sources. don't skip breakfast and have good water intake. at least 45 to 60 minutes exercise daily after consulting doctor. Continued breastfeeding till 2 years helps in losing weight.
