A. You can start doing any kind of light exercise or Yoga only after 6 weeks of C-srction delivery. The stitches and the scarf takes time to heal and it is important not to rush in this. Start slow with lighter poses, always do workout or yoga in fresh air and give a gap of atleast 3 hours between meal and exercise.
