You can do it immediately after you have had a C-section maybe a week or 10 days when you are comfortable because during that time the stomach is actually very saggy so if you wear it in the initial days it is going to protect your skin from not sending any further but after two months now it is of going to be no use for you so there is no point that you go for wearing the belt now
