When should I start my yoga after a c-section??

A. You’re not supposed to do any activity that would put pressure on your abdomen until at least six months after surgery so it is better that start brisk walking if you want after eight weeks but yoga only after six monthsWrite Your Answer Here

A. hi only after 6 or 8 months of delivery. but make sure at that time too ,that your c section scars should be healed enough . have Healthy and nutritious diet. avoid taking junk food items.
