when is the right time to start salt and sugar for babies?

A. after 1 yr, n avoid sugar as long as possible. Babies doesn't know sweet or salt taste unless we introduce it. So do not worry the food is bland. ok

A. A baby’s salt requirement per day is less than 1 g per day like only 0.4g of sodium and this is mostly met by the breastmilk or formula. So any extra salt will be a burden on the tiny kidneys and the kidney’s will not be able to function properly due to the excessive load. This may lead to kidney disease Sugar is refined by lot of chemical processes which may be harmful to children.Excess sugar may cause caries and tooth decay in children. Also excess of sugar may depress immunity. So avoid sugar and try natural sweeteners. Post one Year you can add
