Give vegetables such as pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, carrot puree, and fruits puree of pears, avocado, apple, ripe banana, papaya .
No nee d to add sugar n salt in baby food
Breastfeeding or formula feeding should continue alongside the solid foods,
Let the baby decide the quantity. Do not force feed or distraction feed.

Salt and all the other necessary spices you can give you can go ahead with giving jaggery powder instead of sugar as that is going to be the right option for you to go ahead with you can start with R and rice water followed by porridge khichadi mashed banana mashed potato fruits vegetables and all kind of dairy products
