is it right to add salt and sugar in 6.5 months baby food

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. I would not advice, better to avoid adding salt and sugar till one year..as it will affect your baby's developing kidney..Babies doesn't know sweet or salt taste unless we introduce it. So do not worry the food is bland. ok
