Jasmine KaurTrying To Conceive3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, Uou should eat green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits. Also eat d daliya specific ally made with milk. Drink kmilkntwice in a day. Add lactonic granules in the milk as that also help in increasing milk supply. Also drink lots of water and soup. Good luck and take care
