Have more water and fluids for hydration, fruits and vegetables, Cereals (fibre foods) and avoid junk, oily, processed foods, sugar processed foods which will put on weight.
Breastfeed frequently it helps in controlling increase in weight.
Walk daily for 10-15 minutes for reducing weight.
