A. Avoid junk and fried food and sugary foods these are the biggest enemy of the system of a child so if you avoid that and give basic who made fresh food to the child every time I don’t say that junk should be if you can prepare it at home and nothing like it you can give it once in 15 days not an issue but your prime focus should always be giving home-made food to the child as that is going to be healthy
