DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 3 years old and her health is poor so weight and height is less than normal so may be Insufficient nutritious food items Repeatedly illness like loose motions and vomitng Chronic disease like tuberculosis etc

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is 2 years 9 months of age if baby is not gaining weight according to the age probably the construction of the baby may be like that still we can give good protein balanced diet along with physical exercise to the baby
