according to his age,his height and weight is not improving.what can we do.for his health.

A. dear parent, for healthy weight gain and growth of your 5+ years old child, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. grains and millets 4 servings pulses legumes/egg non veg: 1-2 servings seasonal vegetables including green leafy vegetables: 1.5 serving fruits - 1 serving milk and milk products 500ml sugar 4 tsp oil 5 tsp control intake of process packaged food
