Q.

what to avoid while breastfeeding..as my baby often spit up milk like curd after feeding...and gets fussy as stomach is bloating..also her stool smails very bad... passes stool 2 -3 times as she does... but also passes small amount of stool several times...is there any home remedy which I can eat or avoid which will help in less stomach pain of my 2 month old..she doesn't get colic as she passes gas 4 to 5 times in a day

A. dear Mum, as a breastfeeding mother what you eat does not affect baby digestion or cause gas to your baby. you can eat all types of foods. it is normal for babies to vomit after feeding. you should burp baby after every feed.
