what should i to take for increase my breast milk plz share a diet plan or some other powder or capsules it's best if they are ayurvedic with no side effects now these days my back and joints also paining

U Can go ahead with fenugreek capsule is there supposed to be quite nice to go for and if you are having a been into your knees and joints then that could be due to either deficiency of calcium or B 12 so you can start with both the supplements as of now that’s going to be good to meet the deficienc
